Hamburger Casserole

This was one of my all time favorite meals that my mom use to make me when I lived at home
& I was kind of bummed about not getting to eat this anymore once I went vegetarian,
But when I found my beloved veggie crumble, 
All hope was found!
What You'll Need:
  • 1 lb. of ground beef {Or in my case, one bag of veggie crumble}
  • Half an onion, diced 
  • Olive oil
  • 1/4  cup of ketcup
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  •  1 can of biscuits
 Preheat oven to 350:
Simply brown the beef and onion together in olive oil.
While cooking the meat, mix together the other ingredients, once meat has finished browning, drain excess oil and add the meat to the mixture. 
Place meat mixture in a pan and cook for 15 minutes, take out of oven & add the biscuits on top and cook for another 15 minutes {or until golden}.
Super Quick.
Super Easy.
Super Delicious.
