Sometimes I really hate growing up-
I hate the uncertainty that comes with it-
The fear of settlement-
Not knowing the next steps to take...

Up until after college, life was easy{ish}-
You know-- after middle school, it's on to high school-
High school leads to college, and college, well...
What's after college?
Marriage.
Children.
Career.
But what about the in-between?
What about the unknown?
Do you become successful but lose your soul in the process?
Do you take what is safe to manage, or live off little and survive?
What about your passions & dreams-
Your aspirations & hopes?
What if you don't know what that necessarily means...

My heart speaks simply,
But what it says I don't quite understand.
I have a burning fire within my soul, but I don't know the direction I am meant to take...
